Please be aware that the cost of steel has recently experienced an increase, and due to the high demand, our current construction lead time for storm shelters is estimated to be between 4 to 10 weeks.

When it comes to installation, the timeframe for both above-ground and in-ground units will vary depending on your location, ranging from 3 to 10 weeks. For commercial buildings, the construction process typically takes approximately 2 to 3 months, taking into account factors such as size and location. If you're in the midst of building a house, we highly recommend planning ahead and ordering your storm shelter well in advance. We sincerely appreciate your consideration and wish you safety and peace of mind.
